A little break is needed!

I explained today to a friend what will be the next future, I mean, the next week at least. As I produced a lot recently in a short time, I concluded that I need now to re-aliment myself a bit; re-energize my mind with new inspirations. I also drained a lot of energy by doing so much and so short time and I will need to give back to my body what it is due to it! This is sleep well and get back in shape! As a scoop, I re-start the gym a bit as I have one at house but I intend to do more than couple push-ups in the morning in the following weeks because I would like to get a nicer body for the summer. Yes I am what I am and the fact to expose myself like this implicate a better presentation of myself as well! But I am not gonna turn crazy about it; I am well protected for that by the true nature I am! ;-)

One of the activity I intend to do this week is to come back in the world and listen what other sound engineer (DJ) are doing these days. I have to update my imagination with latest influences and try to catch new stuff to nourrish my next creations. Not that I want to copy, in a contrary, I hope to never reflecting this in my songs! I am talking about better understanding arrangements and developping ideas over what I am listening. It is inspiration! I also would like to write a new song. My experience to write songs is not so bad but they seems to not being completely adapted to what I am doing in real so I have to adapt both world; creating a new song with lyrics that fit better! I got some ideas over the last week about it.

I also received few invitations from differents friends I made through MySpace.com, CastMP3.com and Purevolume.com to work together. This is totally new for me and it is a good idea but I still think about it. Of course I will need to work with somebody one day! But right now, I not feeling that it is a problem! But I still have my doors open for any singer who would like to share a project for a song, I mean, as a start and we will see how it is going on! If somebody can use his/her voice like an instrument, let me know and we can try to create what can be the next hit - at least we can give a try! Today, with the Internet, this kind of partnership can be done by distance without any problems. This is the world of today!! Nah!

I still working hard to get more traffic as I need to increase my popularity (I feel weird to say that like that but we need to call a cat "a cat") but I am not ready to go with big promotion as I do not have the budget for this right now and I do not think I am ready also. But popularity is a target for me at this point! I received so few comments that I do not know yet if it is valuable or not since I think I will need to reach more audience to get a better idea. Not that what comments I received or not good - some of them are evaluating me as so-so and some as very good but since I have so few, I will keep my head at the same size! I always thank every review and/or comment I received but, here it is, thank you to whom is concern for all your comments and reviews! ;-)
